Based in the city of Chelmsford, The Ideas Hub is a local charity with a mission to provide a community for the community, with the aim to combat loneliness through the use of arts, culture and creativity.
As a charity, securing new funding is often challenging. Creative Ego were approached to work alongside the volunteers to improve the brand’s perception and presentation, as well as communicating what the charity provided for the local community.
By tweaking the present logo, we extended the colour palette and created assets for the volunteers to use in all output materials. To communicate the essential work the Ideas Hub carry out in the community, we created a 24 page manifesto which comprised research and content writing on local problems. This was enhanced by on location photography which was used to secure future funding. In addition, posters, flyers and postcards were created along with design guidance for the existing website. We were delighted to hear additional funding had been secured since the brand refresh and are proud to have helped the Ideas Hub heighten their cause .
